Bread & Water
Based out of Alexandria, Bread & Water hand crafts artisanal and organic breads and pastries from scratch. Using King Arthur Organic Flour, fruits, nuts and dairy from local farmers, their breads truly incorporate the delicious flavors of the region.
NEW! Bun’d Up
Bun'd Up is a food vendor specializing in Asian-style handmade buns. Bun'd Up makes their buns from scratch daily and fills them with humanely-raised meats from Liberty Delight Farms in Maryland and fruits and vegetables locally-sourced from other farmers market vendors.
Coulter Farms (Honey Grove, PA) is a family operated farm in Honey Grove, Pennsylvania. They raise certified organic, grass fed beef and lamb. They also produce raw milk cheeses with Certified Organic Milk, Whey fed pork, free-range eggs, honey and (forthcoming) Certified Organic 100% Grassfed Jersey Milk.
Cowbell Kitchen owner Cheryl Strasser has an always delicious, farm-driven and seasonally evolving menu. She brings hot pressed sandwiches, biscuits, soups and a splash of color and fun to the market. For those of you who are looking to support local farmers but might not have the time to cook, Cowbell Kitchen is going to be a must visit!

Cucina Al Volo is a pasta manufacturing company that Matteo Catalani started with the intent of touching people with his passion and his food, all made with local and organic ingredients from the farmers' markets in the DC area.
Fresh Crunch Pickles (Arlington, VA) makes fresh refrigerator pickles weekly based on what's in season, from traditional cucumber pickles to more adventurous varieties from charred asparagus to spicy okra.
Mickley's Orchard (Biglerville, PA) makes its FRESHFARM Market debut in Ballston. Mickley's is a fifth generation, 85 acre farm that grows 13 varieties of apples, peaches, plums, apricots, pluots, sweet cherries, and (heart-shaped) walnuts along with some cane fruits and field vegetables.
NEW! Mock’s Greenhouse
Located in Berkeley Springs, WV, Mock’s Greenhouse and Farm produces year-round pesticide-free hydroponic produce, high tunnel berries, and ginger root. This new on-farm winery from Colonial Beach Virginia, will be sampling and selling bottles of wine to shoppers every week! Their goal is to produce locally grown high quality wines while adhering to their company values of "restore", "recycle" and "relax".
Pleitez Produce (Montross, VA) is a family-owned and operated-farm that offers a dazzling array of field produce. Located in the Northern Neck of Virginia, Pleitez enjoys a long growing season that it extends with seven greenhouses. This means early (and late) strawberries, tomatoes and just about everything else.
Rainbow Hill Farm
Rainbow Hill Farm is a certified organic, woman-owned and operated farm, located in historic Charles Town, WV. Rainbow Hill Farm is about 19.5 acres, and they grow a large assortment of crops, included fruits, herbs, and flowers for their community.
Red Tree Farmstead
Red Tree Farmstead (formerly Prickly Pear Produce) is committed to providing nourishing vegetables, fruits, and gorgeous cut flowers to all through sustainable land management. The far is currently in the process of becoming Certified Naturally Grown, meaning they don't spray any pesticides or herbicides.
Rockahock Farm (Lanexa, VA) makes armalades, butters, cakes, pies, bread puddings and cobblers, as well as sweet breads, locally sourced and incredibly delicious.

Second Rising bakes a variety of fresh breads using natural ingredients like real butter, honey, and whole grains to keep their recipes simple and healthy without sacrificing flavor. The bakery serves their mission to help those who have been rescued from sex trafficking/exploitation as a means to provide real job training, education, and employment opportunities for those young women.

Andrew and Christopher, The Timber Pizza guys, serve authentic wood fired pizza using only the freshest local ingredients and incorporating new twists on traditional favorites. Pick up a pizza to eat at the market of take home for dinner!
