Charlie Sibbald teaches courses in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Project Management for Marymount University. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Montreal's McGill University, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of South Florida College of Engineering.
Charlie's 40+ year career has spanned the gauntlet from entrepreneurship to corporate life, teaching to globetrotting. He has managed multiple strategic projects and bids for Procter & Gamble and Electronic Data Systems, in locations as varied as Tokyo, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Cincinnati, Toronto, and Singapore.
An entrepreneur since before he was a teenager, Charlie has also launched a number of startups, and has been involved from ideation to business plan development, from technical specs to user requirements, from pitching products to pitching for venture capital--and now brings the entire range of experiences to his students.
Born in Wisconsin, raised in Florida, a citizen and determined traveler of Earth, Charlie is comfortable in many cultures and three languages. He claims Norway, Scotland, and England as his genetic source material; and American, European, Hispanic, and Japanese as his cultural source material. He now lives in Arlington, Virginia.
